VoxBox Mystery Box: L'Oreal

I am excited to let you know I got my very first VoxBox from Influenster. I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I could not be happier!

I actually got the email after receiving the package so it was a very very very welcome surprise! The VoxBox I received contains a “Mystery Brand” that is owned by L’Oreal and 1 week from receiving the initial box I will get a second box (!!!) that will reveal the brand.

I received shampoo, conditioner and split end serum for distressed, damaged hair. Let me start by saying that the VoxBox smelled so good I called all my co-workers over to smell it!

The paper that came in the box says that the products are specially formulated to reconstruct hair strength by 90%, repairs previous damage and prevents future damage. Since I dye my hair often and have been using a flat iron and hair dryer a lot recently (I am not too keen on my hair curly now that it is red) I really welcome any product that can help restore any shine and keep my tresses soft and manageable.

The shampoo left my hair soft and lathered up really nicely. A good lather is really important to me when picking a shampoo because it leaves my hair feeling a lot cleaner and shows me that it is working (a tip I heard from both my hair stylist and COSMO).

For my curly haired girls you know that conditioner is our best friend so I was very happy to see that this conditioner was no different. It is very thick and detangled my hair well. Since I have curly hair I brush my hair in the shower with a ton of conditioner; however even with conditioner sometimes I find it difficult to get all the knots out, this was not the case at all. I was able to brush through my hair with ease.


The split end serum was also fabulous! It left my hair smelling great and silky smooth, it was so amazing I was tempted to use it on my dry hair to minimize frizz but I thought it might be a bit too heavy on dry/styled hair.

I THINK the mystery brand is Garnier based on the smell and the consistency of the conditioner but I will not know until I get my second VoxBox.
As soon as I know what this brand is I definitely think you should run out and buy it!
